Summary

The Role:

Reporting to the F&B General Manager, the Server Assistant who will assist food service employees in delivering food to tables, maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar, clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; setting tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; and serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons.

The person in this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict, and a thorough understanding of company policies. Furthermore, all team members must develop and maintain the company's culture, values, and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors, and partners.
