What Makes This Role Unique
This BCBA position allows you to:
- Work with children/adolescents in ABA, teaching foundational social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Work with adults in community-based DDA supports, focusing on autonomy, empowerment, and identity
- Carry a manageable caseload so you can practice quality care, not rushed care
- Enjoy flexibility and independence in your schedule and service delivery style
What We Offer
When you join our team, you'll enjoy benefits designed to support YOU, both personally and professionally:
Flexible Scheduling — Hybrid remote + community-based field work with up to $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Competitive Pay — Based on experience and caseload
Real Growth Opportunities — Clinical mentorship + leadership development
What You'll Do
You will support both adults and youth, adapting your approach to each person's developmental needs and goals.
For Adults in DDA Services:
- Conduct Person-Centered Assessments
- Develop Behavior Support Plans that promote choice, dignity, and independence
- Teach and support real-world skills (community access, coping, daily living, communication)
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to RBTs, BTs, and other direct support staff implementing behavior plans.
For Children/Youth in ABA Services:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) grounded in trauma-informed, positive reinforcement approaches
- Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Use data systems (ReThink) to measure growth and guide intervention decisions
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure/certification (as required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Why This Role Matters
At Salus Health, we believe that every individual—whether a child, adolescent, or adult—deserves more than just services. They deserve opportunity, respect, autonomy, and meaningful support that honors who they are and who they are becoming.
As a BCBA with us, your clinical expertise will directly shape lives. You'll help children build foundational communication and social skills, support youth in developing coping and self-regulation strategies, and empower adults to strengthen independence, daily living skills, and community belonging.
You won't just be reducing behaviors—you'll be building confidence, teaching new skills, and supporting lifelong growth.
