TLC Linen Services has an immediate opening for a Route Delivery Driver. This position will focus on working with and through others to build and maintain relationships with customers. Route Delivery Drivers are the face of TLC to our customers and must be able to build rapport with key decision makers while ensuring quality standards of service are maintained.

Responsibilities for the Route Delivery Rep include:

• Driving a truck along an established route to service an existing customer base.
• Organizing products in delivery vehicle.
• Deliver clean linen and pick-up soiled linen.
• Reviewing customer inventories and ensure customer invoices are accurate.
• Assessing customers' ongoing needs and making adjustments as appropriate.
• Resolving customer concerns and questions
• Consistently building rapport and adding value through your excellent service.
• Monitoring and seeking feedback from customers on perceived levels of service.
• Working safely at all times.
• Sunday schedule included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Currently have or are able to obtain a Chauffeur Driver's License.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Safe driving record.

Physical Demands

• Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, kneeling, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Engage in full dexterity with both hands and wrists.
• Working conditions may include dust, lint, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
