Construction General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
• Assist with material delivery and storage on-site
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors to meet project deadlines

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to construction work is preferred but not mandatory
