Direct Support Professional – Group Homes

Full-Time & Part-Time | Various Shifts

We are seeking caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our residential group homes. DSPs provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities—including personal hygiene—while fostering a warm, respectful, and inclusive home environment. You will help residents build life skills, participate in recreational and community activities, and ensure their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines
• Support residents in developing independence, social skills, and healthy habits
• Engage residents in recreational, social, and community-based activities
• Accompany residents to appointments, outings, and events
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred (some positions require driving agency vehicles)
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
