Utility Supervisor Transdev in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Utility Supervisor. The Utility Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: CBA Position: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

$30 - $32.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

Benefits include:

Vacation: up to 14 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly part- time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Key Responsibilities:

Manage Operators scheduling & staffing of routes.
Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching.
Perform Operator safety evaluation ride checks, investigate and respond to situations, resolve operational issues.
Read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience
Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
