Multi-Site Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, facilities management, and customer service. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to residents and tenants.

Job Type: Full-time position. Relocation is acceptable, and for the right candidate. Candidate must be willing to start within one week if relocating. Only applicants with Property Management experience of 3+ years should apply.

Position Summary:

In this hybrid role of Leasing Agent/On-Site Property Manager you will play a crucial role in leasing, property management, and asset management to ensure the success of our communities. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our team and grow with us. Below are the specific responsibilities for each aspect of your role:

Leasing Agent Duties:

• Conduct property tours and showcase the features and amenities to prospective tenants. Follow up on leads and their sources for optimum traffic.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in. This includes making sure all traffic to tenants have the most pleasant experience.
• Maintain accurate records of available units, lease agreements, and resident information.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Outsource marketing and develop preferred employer relationships as well as host property events attracting new tenants.

On-Site Property Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the property. This includes tasks asked of by your supervisor for the benefit of marketing the properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and property-related expenses.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary is based on experience.
• Quarterly bonuses based on occupancy, income and NOI.

Location and Working Hours:

This position requires the candidate to be present at Botnica Oak Hills in San Antonio, and split between Equinox at New Braunfels during normal working hours. The candidate should be willing to be at the property at least one evening a week and take showings on Saturdays. Sunday and Monday will be off days.
