Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter & HR Tech who will support talent acquisition while also contributing to HR operations, onboarding, and administrative work. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in HR tech, operations, and people systems management — not just recruiting.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and internal stakeholders to support recruitment, onboarding, HR system administration, reporting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

Recruiting Responsibilities (Primary but not Exclusive)

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and talent needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and sales roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain reports on hiring progress, interview status, and recruitment metrics.

HR Technology & HR Operations Responsibilities

HR Tech & Systems Management

  • Maintain and update an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and workflow consistency.
  • Support the configuration and upkeep of HR technology tools (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms, internal portals).
  • Assist with user support for HR systems and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems.

Onboarding & New Hire Processes

  • Coordinate onboarding through HR platforms.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, system access, and new hire accounts.
  • Partner with IT to ensure equipment provisioning and software setup.
  • Guide new hires through onboarding tasks and ensure timely completion.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Assist HR with administrative tasks such as employment letters, file management, audits, and compliance support.
  • Maintain employee records and update changes in HR systems.
  • Support PTO tracking, employee documentation, and policy updates.
  • Provide general HR support to employees and managers as needed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track metrics such as time-to-hire, onboarding completions, turnover indicators, and HR system usage.
  • Provide data insights to leadership to help improve HR processes.

What You Will Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Experience in IT and/or Sales recruitment is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in HR technology, HRIS, ATS administration, and people systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create reports and manage data.
