Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent with at least 10 years of residential or commercial field experience. This role manages the full project lifecycle from site survey through final occupancy. You will supervise trades, maintain schedules, coordinate inspections, ensure safety, and complete daily field reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities from survey through occupancy
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
• Build and manage the project schedule and coordinate subcontractors
• Maintain jobsite safety and conduct regular safety meetings
• Lead and support crews, foremen, and subcontractors
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and workflow sequencing
• Ensure work meets code requirements, quality standards, and design intent
• Complete dailyreports documenting manpower, progress, issues, delays, weather, inspections, and material usage
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, inspectors, architects, and engineers
• Coordinate required inspections and ensure timely sign-off for final occupancy
• Support punch-list completion and project closeout

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in residential or commercial construction
• Proven experience managing projects from initial survey to occupancy
• Strong ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Experience writing dailyfieldreports
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes, sequencing, and inspection requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with off-site or prefabricated wood framing systems
• Experience using project management platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, Sage, or similar

Pay
Competitive salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 dollars per year, depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional evenings or weekends for critical inspections or milestones

Work Location

• On-site at project locations throughout Pierce, King County and surrounding areas
