The Opportunity
As Senior Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in payroll, financial administration, and billing accuracy. You will support leadership and operations by ensuring payroll compliance, timely invoicing, accurate payables, and strong financial controls.
This role is based in Edmonton, AB and works closely with internal teams to support smooth business operations.

What You'll Do
· Complete full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
· Manage RRSP and benefit remittances for company programs
· Prepare customer invoices accurately and on time
· Complete full-cycle Accounts Payable, including data entry and payments
· Maintain compliance with Alberta payroll legislation, tax regulations, and accounting standards
· Support financial accuracy, documentation, and internal reporting
· Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
· Perform additional administrative and financial duties as required
What You Bring
· Experience with financial and payroll software (Jonas Construction Software is a strong asset)
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
· ChatGPT Experience
· High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
· Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
· Professional discretion when handling confidential information
· A service-oriented mindset with proactive, clear communication
· Strong time management and the ability to work independently

• Base Salary: CA$59,375.00 to CA$68,000.00 per year
• Monthly Incentive Program: Up to 10 percent annual salary. Incentive earnings are performance-based and tied to accuracy, timeliness, and departmental objectives
