Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pool Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations related to swimming pool equipment and systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a similar technical field.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment to ensure peak performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using mechanical and technical knowledge
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
• Install new equipment and verify proper operation
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient, professional solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational needs
• Deliver excellent customer service during all onsite interactions

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar mechanical/technical role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with swimming pool systems is a plus (training available)
• Commitment to safety protocols and best practices
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors, and occasionally in confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
