We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will directly impact clients' progress, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' strengths and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
  • Participate in intake assessments and patient care planning to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Necessary Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing treatment evaluation.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care, patience, empathy, and ethical practice in behavioral health settings. Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
