The Patterson is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team to ensure a smooth dining experience. You'll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely cleaning of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas while assisting with serving as needed and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and understands the importance of behind-the-scenes excellence. You'll work closely with the Chef and Culinary team to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running efficiently to support resident dining.

Pay: $14 – $16 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 30 Hours per week, MUST be able to work 11:30am to 7:30pm Thursday and Friday

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

• Weekend availability required to meet kitchen scheduling needs

• Willingness to assist with serving residents as needed

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

• 18 years of age or older
