We are a fast-growing multifamily ownership and management company seeking an exceptional Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing performance, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and revenue optimization for our Cincinnati multifamily community.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep experience in property operations, strong people management skills, and a proven track record of driving high occupancy (97%+), 100% rent collections, and exceptional community standards.

Key Responsibilities, Property Operations & Leadership

• Provide full operational oversight of the property, ensuring smooth daily performance across leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor management.
• Implement and maintain systems that increase efficiency, reduce expenses, and enhance NOI.
• Establish KPIs for leasing, maintenance, and collections, and hold staff accountable to performance.

Maintenance Oversight & Team Leadership

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and cleaning staff.
• Prioritize and delegate work orders, ensuring fast, high-quality completion of service requests.
• Oversee all make-readies, ensuring units are delivered on time and in top condition.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept, safe, and welcoming community environment at all times.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors, maintenance contractors, and cleaning companies.
• Ensure vendors are reliable, cost-effective, insured, and aligned with ownership expectations.
• Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through execution.

Leasing, Marketing & Occupancy Management

• Lead all leasing efforts, from marketing strategy to touring to lease execution.
• Generate leads through creative outreach, online platforms, and local partnerships.
• Convert leads to tours and tours to leases at strong ratios.
• Vet all applicants carefully to ensure high-quality residents and long-term occupancy stability.
• Maintain 97%+ occupancy consistently.

Rent Collections, Financial Performance & Delinquency Control

• Drive 100% on-time collections through proactive communication and firm enforcement of policies.
