Leasing Consultant

SNS Property Management is looking for a Leasing consultant to join our team.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Sources new prospects through networking, cold calling, and general marketing.
• Implements a leasing plan, which may include but is not limited to, marketing the property, calling prospective tenants, site selection, negotiating build-out costs, and market studies.
• Works closely with Managers, tenants, and prospects on leasing.
• Tracks performance goals of the properties and leasing activity.
• Prepares leasing pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas.
• Prepares strategic leasing plans for the property.
• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents
• Assist with all lease renewals
• Inspect and maintain vacant units on a daily basis
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to a satisfactory level
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
