Job Summary
Bales Security is looking for a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to work in the Sarasota area. Our Unarmed Security Officers must have a strong work ethic, and possess quality customer service skills. Qualified officers must have their D SECURITY LICENSES issued by the State of Florida, and reliable transportation is a must. Successful candidates must know how to work smart, possess situational awareness of their surroundings, and understand and follow Post Order requirements as well as Florida State Laws.

Our Agency represents all manner of important client sites such as Schools, Executives, Banks, and other high-profile environments. Qualifications:

The skills and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:;

• Proficiency in writing reports;
• Strong observation and quick decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using electronics;
• Present a clean and sharp image while wearing their uniform;
• Possess a high level of customer service skills;
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively, utilizing strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Conduct regular surveillance and inspections, maintaining a vigilant presence.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
