We are looking for an experienced District Manager to lead and empower a team of Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service, productivity, and operational excellence. As the District Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting, guiding, and developing your Managers and Supervisors to achieve company standards, exceed client expectations, and foster a positive work environment across all sites within your district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Oversee a team of Managers/Supervisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for growth. Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring Supervisors are equipped to lead their teams effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations by regularly reviewing schedules, productivity levels, and service quality. Work with Managers/Supervisors to address staffing needs, adjust for client demands, and solve operational challenges.
