Server and Bartender

We are a small, locally-owned restaurant looking for experienced and motivated servers to join our team. Hours of Operation:

• Sunday to Thursday: 3 PM - 8 PM Friday and Saturday: 3 PM - 9 PM

Must have:

• A valid/current OLCC Server's Permit and Food Handler's Card (be over 21+)
• Open availability on Monday, Wednesday, Weekends and flexibility throughout the week

Requirements:

• Work in a fast paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
• Experience answering calls
• Taking catering orders and coordinating with kitchen
• Serving and managing your own tables as well as making your own drinks
• Use point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Perform opening and closing cleaning tasks, complete one daily deep clean, maintain cleanliness during shifts, follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food management, stock supplies, and check ingredient freshness and expiration dates.
• Serving: Manage up to six tables at a time, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, deliver food and appetizers promptly, clear tables efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, run food to both indoor and outdoor tables, and follow all safety standards.
• Bartending: Prepare and serve drinks, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, check and restock fruit and liquid supplies before and after shifts, clean dishes throughout the night, and ensure the bar is fully stocked.
• Hosting: Greet and seat guests, serve water to new tables, manage table rotations, refill water for all tables, assist servers with tasks, bus and clean tables, help with reservations, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
