Probst Electric is searching for a driven Project Manager ready to take charge of multiple power‑line projects and make a measurable impact across Texas. This role puts you at the forefront of Transmission and Distribution work, where you'll guide project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating closely with field teams and leadership. This is a remote/traveling position throughout the state to ensure each job stays on track, on budget, and aligned with our high standards. • Develop large scale scope of work and project schedules.
• Setup, organize, update, and maintain electronic and printed files of working documents in accordance with outlined document control practices.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
• Develop and manage budget projection for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project.
• Monitor/control construction through communication with superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Review cost reports and evaluate methods to reduce costs while maintaining productivity.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress for all construction activities.
• Responsible for providing accurate project cost forecasting, and monthly cost to complete reports.
