Pilates Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our boutique Pilates studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group instruction, personal training, and specialized knowledge in Pilates, with the ability to design engaging programs that promote overall health and wellness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients through expert instruction, fostering a positive environment focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Develop customized workout programs incorporating principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
• Educate clients on proper form and movement to prevent injury and maximize results.
• Promote a welcoming environment that encourages motivation and participation.
• Assist clients with personal training sessions and fitness assessments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance program offerings.

Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates from an accredited organization.
• Experience teaching group classes or personal training in a Pilates studio.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics relevant to Pilates.
• Skills in program design tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and customer service.

Pay: $ $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
