Responsibilities:

• Dispense, prepare, administer and record medication in accordance with standards of nursing practice and state/federal regulations, under the direction of the Licensed Nurse.
• Provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
• Communicate any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in your field.
