Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30AM - 4:30 PM; Friday 9AM - 2PM.

We provide compassionate, patient-centered care and are looking for a Medical Front Desk Receptionist who shares our passion for making a meaningful impact.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, caring, and highly organized front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a warm demeanor, and a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Assist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Knowledge of DS3 software (or willingness to learn)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to make an impact in patients' lives
