1. Hourly Pay Range: $26.00–$32.50/hour (based on experience)
2. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
3. Shift Differentials Available
4. New Schedule Option: Every other weekend off
5. Multiple Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Night shifts

We are actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, the LPN provides hands-on nursing care, supports rehabilitation goals, and works closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists to ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and high-quality care.

1. Provide direct patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Monitor residents’ conditions, including vital signs, and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician
4. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding when needed
5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation and recovery plans
6. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
7. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
8. Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment by following infection control protocols

1. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2. New grads encouraged to apply!
3. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
4. Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and basic wound care
5. Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
6. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
7. BLS/CPR certification required
