We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping labels, verifying order details, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate. This position is critical to our logistics operations, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods from the warehouse to their final destination, ensuring timely and secure delivery. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. You will work closely with warehouse associates to ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing workload. Experience with shipping software and carrier portals is highly desirable. We are committed to workplace safety and require all employees to follow established safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role is primarily administrative, some Lifting may be required when assisting with loading or preparing shipments. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes will be an asset.
