divh2Sales Coordinator/h2pThe Sales Coordinator will support the political team by helping ensure seamless execution on media campaigns. They will serve as the main point of contact for agencies on reporting as well as be responsible for coordinating orders and monitoring preempt reports and makegoods. They will handle billing requests as well as develop sales proposals and/or plans with their account executive for agency and/or client deals. Incumbent will work across all media platforms to create proposals, execute, and steward campaigns. Will focus on both pre and post sales with a customer-first approach. Will focus on all aspects of both linear and digital to optimize campaigns to ensure delivery./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliResponsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end to end/liliCommunicate directly with and foster key relationships with client/agency contacts/liliProvide daily and weekly reports to sales team and agencies/liliRespond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times/liliAssist Account Execs with creating sales material and developing client pitches/liliAssist Account Execs with client recap information/liliCoordinate with stations and agency personnel/liliWill create strategic cross-platform plans that maximize the portfolio and meet agency and/or client objectives/liliCreate Ad Sales media plans with pricing and planning support and direction as well as inventory and yield management to create the most effective package/liliReview all IOs to ensure they match approved media plan/liliMonitor both on-air schedules and digital. Manage changes and coordinate with Ad Ops/Commercial Ops to ensure schedule airs as ordered/liliResolve order/invoice-billing discrepancies/liliPerform additional office support duties as assigned/li/ulpAbout you:/pulli1+ years experience in media/liliBachelors degree preferred/liliExperience working with Wide Orbit, Strata, and Microsoft Office, including Excel
PowerPoint proficiency a plus/liliStrong analytical
