Server/Bartender

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or other point-of-sale systems.
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well taken care of.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience with Toast systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
