We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our busy and successful sales teams. If you are determined, motivated, thrive in high‑pressure environments and enjoy driving success for customers, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Drive the sales team, inspiring motivation and coaching to achieve targets and goals.
Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores for the dealership.
Implement and maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and obligations, ensuring trust and integrity in all interactions.
Provide fair financial advice and services in line with FCA regulations.
Oversee the presentation of the dealership, ensuring the site’s stock is well managed and creates a lasting impression.
Qualifications
Inspirational leadership skills, able to motivate a team to collaborate and exceed targets.
Strong sales background in the automotive industry with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting smiles.
Flexibility to work collaboratively with Telesales and Retention teams, supporting enquiry management.
Commitment to ethical conduct, treating customers fairly and continuously expanding knowledge in a regulated environment.
