Cluster Sales Manager, Hotel du Vin Poole and Hotel du Vin Winchester Part – Time (4 days / 32 hours a week). Salary £25,000. Georgian Elegance on the South Coast. Hotel du Vin Poole: A former Mansion House, this elegant Georgian hotel in Poole’s Old Town features 38 beautifully styled bedrooms and suites, boasting an enviable location near the quay and offering stunning views of Poole Harbour and the rolling Purbeck Hills in the distance. The hotel has a lovely sun terrace for summer dining and events, and our welcoming Bistro du Vin serves classical French dishes with a modern twist all year round. Hotel du Vin Winchester: Our quintessential boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the city is the very first in the Hotel du Vin family. This charming Georgian building with 24 bedrooms and suites is just moments away from the awe-inspiring Winchester Cathedral. Like Poole, the Bistro du Vin continues to delight guests with classic French dishes and a long-standing reputation for excellent service. It also hides away a surprisingly large ‘secret’ terrace perfect for wedding parties and celebrations. The Role
We are strengthening our sales team on the South Coast and looking to recruit a sales superstar to support the hotels’ sales strategy in the design, delivery and monitoring of all aspects of day-to-day sales activities. The role will be a fully proactive one across both of these hotels, working closely with the M&E teams, driving Food & Beverage sales, increasing Wedding revenue, networking in the community, managing a small portfolio of corporate accounts and engaging in local outreach; business and social. You will also be supporting National Accounts to win 24hr business and promote our new Corporate Retreat packages. You’ll also be the champion for Social Media, looking at ways to engage with the local community and further afield, to raise awareness and increase engagement. Supported by the central marketing team you will work together to come up with new ideas to help drive business into all areas of the hotel, aligned with local event calendars and collaborations. You’ll be generating enquiries and helping to maximise conversion, whilst showcasing our fabulous hotel and services at every opportunity. Making great experiences happen for our guests will be your top priority, doing whatever you can to ensure they get the top-notch service they deserve, every time. This is advertised as a part-time role and is predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekends and evenings as required for special events. We are looking for candidates who can divide their time between Poole and Winchester with 2 days a week on site at each hotel. This is not a remote working role. Responsibilities
