You’ll lead and develop a mixed‑experience field sales team selling into Tier 2 accountancy firms – owning new business, cross‑sell growth, and high‑quality execution. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, pipeline discipline, and seeing their team smash targets. Your mission
Manage & coach your field sales team to hit quarterly revenue targets; embed MEDDIC as the core deal qualification & control methodology; run a high‑performance sales cadence – weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, deal inspections & structured 1:1s; drive pipeline generation & territory planning to unlock new opportunities; build seller capability and shape a consistently high‑performing culture; collaborate across Marketing, CS, Product & Ops to support flawless execution.
