Position The Sales Support Administrator provides essential operational and administrative support to the sales team. You will be responsible for supporting the administrative function of the Sales Tender Process, from the initial setup of the pipeline business to the smooth implementation of won business.
Management and supporting the Commercial Team inbox
Updating the CRM with new sales projects
Co-ordinate internal approvals for pricing discounts and special terms as and when required
Supporting the review and analysis of future demand plans
Assisting with the coordination of formal tenders and PQQs
Setting up all internal systems for new businesses to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
Management of internal forecast systems in line with intel from the sales teams
Dealing with customer queries that may come in internally and ensuring they are dealt with promptly
Collation of tender packs ready to go to the customer
Maintaining accurate data within the CRM
Onboarding of new customers
Requirements
Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or Commercial Support
Proficient in CRM systems
Good MS Skills in Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office
Strong organisational and time management skills
High Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Other Information This role is part time, 16-20 hours per week. (Days and hours to be agreed).
We are offering a salary of £12-15,000 per annum (FTE £30,000pa).
