What You'll Do

• Work with qualified buyer and seller leads generated through our in-house marketing and ISA team
• Consult with clients to understand their real estate goals and deliver personalized solutions
• Manage active listings, schedule and conduct showings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process
• Negotiate contracts confidently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and ethical standards
• Leverage digital marketing, social media, and proven team strategies to promote properties
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and transaction timelines using team systems and CRM
• Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and real estate regulations
• Collaborate with team leadership, agents, and support staff to maximize productivity and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Experience in real estate sales, customer service, hospitality, or business development preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Coachable mindset with a desire to grow within a team environment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $135, $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
