Role Description
This is a remote contract position for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to generate growth. Responsibilities include researching market trends, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client success. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets and creating tailored growth strategies that align with the company's values.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and strategy development to identify new opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions
- Prior experience in sales, creative, tech, or marketing industries is a plus
