The OSHA Education Center located in Manchester, NH invites applications for a Program Coordinator. Position will serve as the Office Manager, Customer Service Lead and Curriculum Operations Administrator for the OSHA Education Center, a satellite operation located 60 miles from its administrative support unit at the main campus of Keene State College. The position is a singular operational point for a program responsible for enrollment of over 3,000 students. Directly supports the OSHA Program Director. Supports OSHA instructors with logistics for private contract training around the United States, and public offerings at 16 locations throughout New England. This is a full time, year round benefitted position.
Duties/Responsibilities
Customer Service Lead (25%)
Serve as first point of contact for the OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) program. Provide customer service for student inquiry, enrollment, registration, billing, and communication, as well as act as primary point of contact for business clients, federal, state and local government offices, campus faculty, and business support units.
Manage registrations and tuition payments at the Manchester, NH office which includes added procedures for collecting, banking and reporting daily receipts. Reconcile student records and contract clients records with registration system.
Operational lead for data reporting to the OSHA Office of Training and Education (OTE) monthly and as audited while maintaining compliance with OTE/OSHA Operational Requirements. Prepare and provide monthly enrollment reports to federal OSHA following all program requirements and federal regulations outlined in our agreement with OSHA"s Office of Training and Education(OTE).
Other duties as assigned.
Curriculum Operations Administrator (25%)
Review, order, deliver curriculum materials for instructor for multiple modalities including in person as well as virtual instructor led classes while ensuring proper version control and following USNH printing policies/procedures
Serve as the SME and Administrator of the Test Administration Policies and Programmatic directives and goals per Federal OSHA.
Assist with scheduling courses - securing locations and instructors. Update and maintain registration pages internally and externally ie. Destiny One and the OSHA EXTRANET for public information.
Prepare OSHA approved rosters and sign in sheets for each class as well as course section creation, student registration and billing, and enrollment management.
Other duties as assigned.
Office Manager (20%)
Position is responsible for ordering supplies for the Manchester Office as well as working with vendors on equipment and maintenance to ensure a safe, working and learning environment.
Must operate efficiently within College guidelines and processes for registration (FERPA), billing, payroll, and purchasing, including annual vendor contracting, electronic request and management of purchase orders as well as processes and procedures established by the U.S. Department of Labor OSHA for record keeping and federal reporting.
Facilitates and maintains documentation on all policy and processes as established by the University System of New Hampshire, given directives of a USNH audit of registration, purchasing practices and life safety codes.
Prepare and execute Independent Contract Agreements (ICA's) for work done for OTIEC annually and as needed.

Product Line Manager (20%)
Manage 30 OSHA numbered courses from implementation through analytics
Schedule facilities and maintain facility use agreements
Schedule instructors
Manage compensation and create contracts for instructors - execute payments through Workday
Maintain schedule on the website through WordPress platform
Implement marketing levers to promote courses
Analyze effectiveness of schedule and deploy changes as necessary
Credential Manager Construction (10%)
Manage credential programs for construction from implementation to analytics
Includes Safety and Health Specialist for Construction and Certified Safety and Health Official for Construction
Update curriculum as needed
Implement marketing levers to promote credentials
Review transcripts, approve final delivery of credentials and schedule award presentations
Promote award presentations through social media
Analyze credential KPI's and deploy changes as necessary
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
High school graduation and four years of related experience involving duties of increasing responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgment, or Associate's Degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to four years.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Completion of courses in related subjects at the college/university level.
Supervisory experience.
Experience in a college/university work environment.
