Job Description
MiTek's Internship Program is a paid, 12-week program that will run from Monday, May 18th through Friday, August 7th. Interns are paired with a Manager and Mentor to work on impactful projects and present final outcomes at the end of the program. The program includes networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and engagement in a hybrid work environment that fosters innovation and inclusivity.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with expected graduation of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher; ability to accept a full-time offer
- Experience or coursework in C#, .NET, SQL, Python and Object-Oriented Design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Passion for software development and eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Related construction related education or training preferred
