Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Help with the demolition, excavation, and cleanup tasks on-site
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery after proper training
• Support project teams in meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
