Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing changes in condition; report findings to healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and follow care plans accurately and safely in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing specialized techniques and ensuring a safe environment
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks to promote hygiene and comfort
• Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices to safely
