A dynamic, people-first restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its high-volume, chef-driven fast-casual concepts specializing in premium fried chicken. This is a confidential search for a hands-on, culture-focused leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and excels at driving both operational excellence and team development.
Position Summary
The General Manager will oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive, high-energy work culture. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator who can balance hospitality, team leadership, and profitability while upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain consistent excellence in service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on retention, accountability, and growth
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including labor management, food cost controls, COGS, and P&L execution
- Create a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere that aligns with the brand's culture and values
- Manage inventory ordering, vendor relationships, and weekly operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive operational systems, scheduling, and shift leadership to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to build a strong leadership bench
- Collaborate with owners/leadership on local marketing execution, community engagement, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience in fast-casual, chef-driven, or high-volume restaurant operations
- Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and team engagement
- Ability to lead with positivity, consistency, and a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, P&L management, and operational checklists
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business periods

Pay: $62, $72,000.00 per year
