Title: Manager, Revenue Growth & Customer Expansion:

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact, data-driven manager to own whitespace expansion within our existing customer base. This role will take our total addressable market of current customers and build a systematic, AI-enhanced nurture engine that maximizes re-capture, expansion, and engagement.

Your mission:
ensure every contact is nurtured, no opportunity is missed, and deliver 10 qualified meetings per week
to our sales team—directly generating incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the total addressable market (TAM) of current customers to identify whitespace and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and execute multi-touch nurture campaigns across Salesforce and HubSpot (email, sequences, newsletters, content, AI-generated assets, etc.).
  • Use AI tools to create personalized content, accelerate outreach, and scale customer engagement.
  • Ensure 100% coverage of customer contacts—no contact left un-nurtured.
  • Own campaign management end-to-end: strategy, build, launch, optimization, reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales to hand off
    10+ qualified meetings per week
    sourced from customer whitespace.
  • Track and report pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact of all nurture programs.
  • Continuously optimize automations, workflows, segmentation, and messaging.

Required Experience:

  • 3–7 years in demand generation, growth, lifecycle marketing, sales development strategy, or revenue operations.
  • Proven record of generating pipeline and revenue through nurture programs and lead-generation strategies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation tools
    .
  • Comfortable building systems, dashboards, reports, segments, and workflows.
  • High proficiency with
    AI tools
    (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, sequencing tools).
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive expansion and cross-sell motions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into targeted campaigns.
