Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Repair Technician (*SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE)

Our Middleburg Heights, OH quality team is growing We are looking to add a Maintenance Repair Technician to join our first shift team. : As a senior maintenance technician, you will be responsible for the general day to day maintenance from oil changes, trouble shooting, electro mechanical repairs.

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

Salary/hourly rate: $23 - $35 an hour

Your Challenge

• Repair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems within the facility including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical systems including those found in mechanical and CNC programmed machinery.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Working knowledge of shop and machine safety procedures.
• Flexible, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be willing/ able to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

What You Bring
Education Requirements:

• High School or GED required
• Technical/Trade School preferred
• 3+ years of machine shop or mechanical maintenance experience

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, pulling 50lbs.
• Standing / Sitting

Other Skills/Abilities

• Facility related repair and maintenance experience
• CNC and manual mill / lathe repair/maintenance experience
• Mazak Turning Centers experience is a plus.
• PC skills
• Lift truck experience
