Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with food and beverage service, along with strong communication skills, is essential to succeed in this role. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guests throughout their meal
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a hospitality-focused environment
• Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or hospitality settings is advantageous
