Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, blueprint reading, quality control, and schematics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
