Senior Internal Auditor

We're seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen financial governance and risk management framework. In this role, you'll lead audits that ensure compliance, identify efficiencies, and provide insights that directly influence strategic decision-making. You'll work across departments, engaging with leadership to uphold integrity and transparency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on financial and operational audits with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices, and financial reporting processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical, value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to assess the impact of new policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports for executive and board-level review.
• Mentor junior auditors, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Support special projects, investigations, and advisory engagements as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive audit experience, ideally in both public accounting and corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with audit management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
