Job Summary

The Evaluation Center, housed within the College of Education, is seeking a Research Administrative Coordinator to support research and evaluation projects. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quantitative and qualitative data collection strategies.
  • Conduct data analyses and interpret findings.
  • Synthesize project components into clear, cohesive reports.
  • Oversee project compliance, including IRB requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage internal and external reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to define scope, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial oversight.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries.
  • Maintain both macro and micro perspectives to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Create data visualizations for reporting and presentations.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Survey design experience, Excels in Microsoft Office, Project Management software, dashboards, Qualtrics, work well with faculty, self-starter, independent worker who takes initiative.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to monitor, analyze, and consult on projects. Advanced organization and writing skills.
