We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Representative
to lead nationwide sales efforts within the fuel/fleet and industrial sectors. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding the client base, and overseeing sales performance across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of selling into industrial environments—such as factories, fleet operations, transportation, and logistics—and understands the unique challenges and pain points associated with fuel management and industrial operations.

In this role, the Director of Sales will oversee outside sales activities, coach and develop local sales representatives, and ensure sales objectives are met across corporate and franchise markets. They will also play a critical role in franchise development, guiding prospective franchisees through the full sales cycle and supporting new franchisees as they establish their initial customer base.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales achievements, ideally within fuel/fleet, transportation, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, including common challenges and fuel-related pain points.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent prospecting and networking skills to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a talent for establishing trust quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate value propositions.
  • Experience representing an organization professionally and ethically in all client interactions.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and customer-focused engagement.
  • Strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.
  • Awareness of competitor landscape, market conditions, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a related or industrial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the client base in fuel/fleet and industrial markets.
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities with factories, fleet managers, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term customer success.
  • Represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism, credibility, and integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize strong follow-up practices to close deals and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Lead franchise sales efforts—identifying franchise prospects, managing the sales process, and supporting franchisees through initial market launch and early client development.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and high performance.
