Specific responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming orders
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, problems, and product related questions
  • Resolving related quote, order, and invoice issues
  • Assisting customers to identify the right products/solutions by quickly acquiring product information
  • Navigate between web-based systems
  • Managing customer communication through various channels: phone, email and web chat
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues across various teams
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
