Associate Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a desire to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed and maintain an aseptic technique during all procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and care instructions.
• Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in dental technology.

Skills

• Proficiency in dental software
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology.
• Experience is a plus, however, we are open to mentoring the right candidate
• Ability to perform dental fabrications and utilize medical imaging effectively.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of infection control practices within a dental clinic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150, $300,000.00 per year
