Ferguson is currently seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team

Starting at $24/hr or more with experience

Schedule M - F 6:30am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
  • Oversee and direct morning dispatch of DOT Drivers
  • Administer payroll for drivers
  • Direct drivers in daily duties and responsibilities
  • Liaison between sales and logistics
  • Establish daily delivery priorities
  • Coordinate fleet repairs
Qualifications:
  • A strong background in Warehouse transportation operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
  • 2+ years of warehouse transportation management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior routing experience a plus
  • Material Handling Equipment Certification and a valid Class CDL is a plus
  • Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team
  • Demonstrate competencies in Dispatch Track, High Jump, and Trilogy

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
