What You'll Do:
The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring our technicians are efficiently scheduled and dispatched for service appointments. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position that requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and experience using ServiceTitan software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule, dispatch, and adjust appointments based on technician availability, skill set, and geographic location
• Monitor and optimize technician schedules throughout the day to maximize productivity
• Make proactive early morning and late-day calls to confirm and fill time slots
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Prepare and manage monthly technician schedules within our scheduling software
• Respond to changing priorities in real time while maintaining a high level of service

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong clerical and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and calm under pressure
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing situations
