Experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician

Mason's Yard Care LLC is seeking a highly experienced landscape maintenance professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and has strong hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and plant care.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience(10+ years preferred)
• Basic irrigation and plant knowledge required, including:
• Identifying common landscape plants and shrubs
• Basic sprinkler and drip system troubleshooting
• Adjusting, repairing, or capping irrigation lines
• Very proficient with:
• Weedwhackers / string trimmers
• Hedge trimmers
• Chainsaws
• Backpack leaf blowers
• General lawn and garden tools
• Strong understanding of:
• Proper trimming and pruning techniques
• Seasonal maintenance practices
• Jobsite safety and efficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck and trailer, including backing and maneuvering in residential areas
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Reliable communication (phone/text)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• W-2 employee
• Paid via direct deposit
• English preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (occasional weekend op)
• Start time: 6:45–7:00 AM until job completion (avg 8–10 hrs/day)
• Pay: Based on experience and skill set — $22–$25/hr to start(Opportunities to grow into lead or foreman roles)
