We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair team with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shop operations, including workflow scheduling and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
  • Supervise auto body technicians, mechanics, and support staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee vehicle repairs from initial assessment through final detailing, including auto painting, auto glass replacement, and auto restoration projects.
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle maintenance, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate smooth claims processing and communication.
  • Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of auto parts, tools, and supplies to prevent delays in repair schedules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dealership or collision center auto body repair management.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair, auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Familiarity with auto restoration techniques and automotive repair processes.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, detailing equipment, and heavy lifting procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair standards, safety regulations, and insurance procedures.

Pay: $ $35.12 per hour
